Tiantai County in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, Curates Three Packages to Drive the "Mother's Flavor" Industry Upgrade
The Tiantai County Women's Federation has deeply implemented the provincial and municipal women's federations' requirements for women's contributions to rural revitalization. Focusing on the "Women's Collaborative Entrepreneurship" initiative, it has innovatively built entrepreneurship circles at women's doorsteps, refined and optimized the county's public welfare brand "Mother's Flavor" Hehe Gift, and supported the iterative upgrade of folk cuisine and handmade crafts industries. Amidst the lucid waters and lush mountains, a new development path of "Women's Shared Prosperity, Revitalizing the Countryside" has been found, offering women in mountainous areas opportunities to shine and realize their dreams. Currently, the county has established 15 doorstep entrepreneurship circles and organized over 10 "Mother's Flavor" entrepreneurship fairs, assisting more women in starting businesses and finding employment.

Curating the Brand Package, Maximizing the "Mother's Flavor" Heat
In collaboration with the Tiantai County Women Entrepreneurs Association, the "Mother's Flavor" Hehe Gift county-level women's entrepreneurship public welfare brand was launched. Jointly with multiple departments and the Women Entrepreneurs Association, a product access and promotion working mechanism for "Mother's Flavor" Hehe Gift products was drafted. The first batch of 10 Hehe Gift products was selected, with independently designed brand logos and unified packaging styles. This ensures that under the premise of complying with current laws and regulations, standardized product promotion conditions and steps are used to recommend high-quality, standardized women's entrepreneurship products. Through brand empowerment, it drives the favorable development of the county's "Mother's Flavor" and women's "doorstep entrepreneurship circle" industries, enhancing shared prosperity momentum. During festivals like the Dragon Boat Festival, some member units of the Women Entrepreneurs Association gifted "Mother's Flavor" Hehe Gift sets as holiday presents to clients, further expanding brand awareness.

Curating the Marketing Support Package, Filling the "Mother's Flavor" with Bright Prospects
By pooling resources and coordinating multiple parties, the "Mother's Flavor" Exhibition and Sales Center, Inheritance Workshops, and the "Hehe Li" Women's Entrepreneurship Fair were established. Efforts were spearheaded to promote "Mother's Flavor" Hehe Gift products into government institutions, schools, banks, enterprises, homestays, and commercial districts. Leveraging the "connecting" advantage of the federation to solve the "difficult to sell" problem for products, it helps more women increase their income through employment near home. Cooperation has been established with Huading Travel Agency to launch "Mother's Flavor" products online and introduce three "Mother's Flavor" rural food experience tour routes offline. During International Women's Day, the "Hehe Li" fair featured over 60 "Mother's Flavor" public welfare stalls. During Children's Day, a "Mother's Flavor" child-friendly special event was organized in the Xiangsheng commercial district, attracting nearly a thousand visitors, making it a popular check-in spot for family dining and entertainment.

Curating the Service Package, Charging the "Mother's Flavor" Energy Pool
Securing support funds for women's skills training and partnering with Tiancheng Vocational Technical School, regular tour training sessions at "doorsteps" are conducted. Initiatives like the "Hundred Food Craftsmanship Masters" training program have been launched to optimize the "training, incubation, and talent development" support chain. Last year, "Mother's Flavor" traditional food handmade skills training benefited over 3,000 entrepreneurial women. Strengthening women-led village livestreaming efforts and leveraging the pairing advantage with the Zhejiang University Women Staff Committee, women's livestreaming bases have been established in locations like the county logistics park, entrepreneurship park, and hosiery city. Quantitative training of food and cultural tourism livestreaming teams is conducted, with regular online exhibitions, sales, and livestream promotions for "Mother's Flavor" products. Collaborating with township and street women's federations, "Mother's Flavor" skilled women positions have been introduced in institutional cafeterias, actively exploring folk women food masters and empowering more women in the new era of agriculture to achieve doorstep entrepreneurship, employment, income increase, and shared prosperity.
