This systematic program elevates your culinary skills through 8 hands-on sessions. Built on a fusion philosophy, our modular format takes you through Western cuisine, Chinese pastries, Western desserts, and Chinese cooking. You will master 8 signature dishes:
Western Cuisine: German-Style Crispy Chicken | Shrimp & Quinoa Salad

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Filling: Mix filling ingredients, add liquid in 3 batches, stir until sticky. Cover and chill.
2. Dough A: Mix Wrapper A ingredients with boiling water (use a rolling pin to stir—careful, it’s hot).
3. Dough B: Dissolve salt in boiling water, pour over wheat starch, stir until translucent. Knead on a board while hot—wear gloves.
4. Combine: Knead Dough B into Dough A to form Dough C.
5. Portion: Divide into 30g pieces, cover to prevent drying.
6. Fill: Wrap each portion with filling, pinch top closed, garnish with scallion.
7. Steam: Place on parchment, steam over medium heat for 9–10 minutes. Serve hot.
