The first edition of the 2026 Michelin Guide Shanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang will add Taizhou as a new culinary destination. As the city with the strongest food culture communication in China over the past decade, Taizhou's catering supply chain serves as its powerful backbone.

Wenling Weiye Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., a seafood processing enterprise connecting fishing boats and restaurants, has broken the traditional seafood business model and pioneered a new "Taizhou Clean Dish" track. Within three hours, it completes ultra-low temperature quick-freezing at -60°C, locking in the authentic flavor of seafood.

Leveraging seven specialized production lines, three core brands, and 24 product varieties, Weiye Aquatic has built a comprehensive clean-dish supply chain. Through precise cutting, rigorous testing, quantified weights, and standardized packaging, it addresses inherent pain points such as seasonal variation and time sensitivity in aquatic products — ensuring stable supply even during fishing moratoriums.

From source freshness locking to smart empowerment, Weiye is driving the upgrade of Taizhou's catering supply chain, helping "Taizhou Fresh" become a nationally recognized label. This allows the flavors of this gastronomic city to reach more consumption scenarios, establishing itself as the "freshness card" on China's dining tables.
