With a wide array of delicacies and activities, crowds gathered in front of various stalls. Black Pearl restaurants are definitely must-visit spots for food lovers. "Lao Bian's food is delicious. He’s participating in the event this time, and the prices are cheaper than in the restaurant, so of course I had to buy some to try," said Ms. Zhang, holding several bags of food with a smile. For exhibitor Hong 0871 Selected Yunnan Cuisine, business was quite good today. He cheerfully told the reporter, "I came from Shanghai, bringing authentic Yunnan delicacies like handmade sausages and ham. Business was already great on the first day, and the crowd is expected to be even bigger in the evening."

"Sold out! We sold out a whole day’s stock in the morning." Long lines formed in front of stalls in the star-rated hotels and fine dining exhibition area. The atmosphere was electric, and vendors were running out of stock! "We prepared 300 jin of pork belly with shrimp paste. Business was so good today—we sold a huge amount in the morning. Tomorrow, we’ll increase our stock," said the person in charge of the Long Yan · New Taizhou Cuisine stall.
